It’s Thursday July 3rd in the Couve…
I’m heading to Seaside for beach-side fireworks tomorrow—because nothing says “freedom” like sand between your toes while the sky blows up. Still crossing my fingers that Vancouver one day revives its Fort-side pyrotechnics so we can celebrate right here at home. Oh, and since the 4th lands on First Friday, downtown’s art walk is a mini-version this month—patriotic face paint > gallery hopping.
My must-do list this weekend:

Alright travel junkies, the deal gods have delivered again. I dug up three round-trip fares that cost less than a Costco cart full of LaCroix, and each one promises a totally different vibe:
