Hey everyone,
Hope you're having a great week! I'm still recovering from an intense weekend of pickleball - who knew such a fun game could make my whole body this sore? On the plus side, I'm super excited because my daughter is testing for the gifted program this week! Fingers crossed for her.
Also, I wanted to give a quick shoutout about the poll we ran last week about adding a featured local charity to the newsletter. The response was awesome, and it looks like you all are as passionate about giving back to the community as I am. We're working on the details, and you can look forward to seeing the first featured charity hopefully in next week's newsletter!

Our friends at Crust Collective craft the most incredible Detroit-style pizza I've ever tasted. The crust is light and airy, perfectly complemented by rich, flavorful toppings. Each bite is a delightful experience that keeps me coming back for more.
Our friends at Kiggins Theatre are hosting a free David Lynch trivia night on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 6-7pm in their Marquee Lounge. Doors open at 5:30pm. Enjoy beer, wine, and concessions while competing for prizes, possibly including cherry pie. Come solo or with friends - all Lynchians welcome!

🍣 We wanted to give a huge shoutout to our friends over at Shinsen Sushi on the Vancouver waterfront! They consistently serve up incredibly fresh, delicious sushi right by the river. It's one of our favorite spots for a great meal with an awesome view. Go check them out!

Cascade Spring Rabbit Show 🐇
Ready for something completely different this weekend? Hop over to the Clark County Event Center for the 2nd Annual Cascade Spring Summit Rabbit Show! Wanderlust Rabbit and Cavies Shows is bringing together fanciers from all over the US to showcase some seriously impressive bunnies (and maybe cavies?). Check out the competition, themed around the "Pacific Northwest’s Volcanic Legacy," and see who takes home the unique awards. It's not every day you get this much competitive fluff in one place! It runs Saturday and Sunday.
